Loyalty and Rewards Terms & Conditions

These terms relate to the Loyalty and Rewards Program active at ezygo.no only.

Loyalty Coins may only be redeemed and earned in accordance with these terms.

  1. Loyalty Coins are personal to you and cannot be transferred to anybody else.
  2. Loyalty Coins earned through our Platform can only be converted into our Agent Card.
  3. Loyalty Coins cannot be shared across user accounts held at ezygo.no or any other Ezy System AS platform.
  4. Loyalty Coins hold no monetary value whatsoever.
  5. Ezy System AS reserves the right to cancel the Loyalty and Rewards Program at any time and for any reason, without any prior notice to the program users.

How to Collect Coins

  1. Coins may be earned by spending money/purchase at ezygo.shop; referring our App to friends/family etc; new business invite (restaurants/salon etc) through our platform; engagement in our platform, i.e. the more you use our app, the more points you will get on monthly basis or for any other reason set out by Ezy System AS.
  2. You will receive welcome coins upon signing up for an account at ezygo.no Accounts which existed prior to the introduction of the Loyalty and Rewards Program will be awarded coins for previous orders placed.
  3. We reserve the right to change the value of the coins at any time and for any reason we deem necessary.
  4. Coins converted into the Agent Card are awarded on the subtotal of the order Shipping, taxes, and any other additional costs will not earn the user Agent Card.
  5. Ezy System AS reserves the right to remove any user who abuses the Loyalty and Rewards Program, as determined by the In such a case all the user’s coins will be forfeit.
  6. Ezy System AS reserves the right to offer bonus coins upon certain conditions at any given time.

How to Spend Coins

  1. Customers may buy/use/redeem the coins and Agent card in the following manner:

Please note that all conversion values provided are subject to change from time to time. The benefits you receive will be based on the prevailing conversion rates at the time of redemption. You will not be eligible for any past or future rates outside the current applicable rates at the time of your transaction. We encourage you to review the latest conversion rates before redeeming your rewards.

2. Loyalty Coins converted into Agent card can also be used in conjunction with any other offer.

3. Coins will be deducted upon the return of any item in which coins were earned.

4. Once redeemed, Coins/Agent card cannot be reinstated even if a product is returned.
